LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. The Siena College Water Polo team has been chosen to finish fifth in the MAAC Preseason Poll as announced by conference headquarters. Additionally, junior Camille Norman was named to the Preseason All-MAAC Team.

Siena, which finished last season 10-17 overall and fifth in the MAAC at 3-7, picked up 13 votes in the poll. Two-time defending MAAC Champion Marist (36) was picked to repeat as the MAAC Water Polo League winner, with Iona (26) second, followed by Wagner (25), Saint Francis (19), Siena and Villanova in the six-team league.

A Second Team All-MAAC selection last year, Norman is the team's top returning scorer after having tallied 44 goals and 31 assists last season to rank second on the squad. The Bellevue, Wash. native highlights a veteran Siena team which returns three of its top four scorers and starting goalie from a year ago.

The Saints open the 2010 season Saturday in Cambridge, Mass. at the Harvard Invitational. Siena will matchup with Brown (12:30 p.m.) and the host Crimson (4:30 p.m.).
