Jessica Ladieu begins her second season on the Saints' staff after returning to a program she led to three MAAC Championships last fall.

Ladieu was the setter for the Saints from 1994-98, serving as captain for her three final seasons. She was part of the winningest class at the College since it entered the MAAC in the 1990-91 season. Ladieu was named to the MAAC All-Tournament Team twice during her career, and, in 1996, was selected to the Conference's All-Academic Team.

Ladieu made her mark in the Siena record book, graduating as the career record for assists (2,741) and she is currently fourth in career digs (993).

Ladieu graduated from Siena in 1998 with a bachelor of arts degree and went on to earn her master's in education from the College of Saint Rose in 2000. At Saint Rose, she served as assistant volleyball coach, while completing her studies. Ladieu was then named the varsity volleyball coach at nearby Shaker High School.
