Seniors Cassie Braz and Jessica Macaluso will serve as the women's team representatives on Siena's Student Athlete Advisory Committee for the 2014-15 season. Junior Allysa Singh has been named a Student Athlete Mentor.

"Cassie and Jessica will be the vehicle our team uses to communicate with the Athletic Department regarding the management, operations, and rules that govern Siena College and its student athletes," head coach Andy Christodoulou said. "Jessica and Cassie over the years have demonstrated strong leadership skills, and I am confident that both will excel and represent the team well."

Macaluso (Clifton Park, N.Y.) finished with an 8-15 overall record in 2013-2014 and a 4-4 record in MAAC competition. She competed in eight matches at the No. 5 spot, 12 at No. 4 singles, and one in No. 3 singles. Going into her senior year, she is once again expected to be a key part of the rotation

Braz (Monson, Mass.) competed in 14 singles matches for the Saints as a junior, six of those against MAAC competition. She played four matches at No. 6 singles, nine at No. 5 and one at No. 4. She is also expected to be a key part of the program again this season.

"Allysa was chosen as our Student Athlete Mentor because of her calm and collective demeanor," Christodoulou said. "She has good listening and communication skills that will enable her to be a good mentor for her teammates."

Singh (Phoenix, Ariz.) competed in eight singles matches as a sophomore this past season finishing 4-4 at No. 2 and 3 singles before a season-ending injury in the spring. Singh also competed in 11 doubles matches at No. 1 and No. 2.
