Final Stats

Holy Cross won two of three doubles matches to take the doubles point and that proved to be the difference in a 4-3 win over Siena Friday afternoon in Worcester, Mass. Freshmen Ali Garrity and Mitsuki Fukamachi joined junior Jessica Macaluso with singles victories for the Saints.

"We struggled in the doubles and they took it from us," head coach Andy Christodoulou said. "Our confidence was shattered right from the start of the match. we have to get tougher and grind the points out."

Siena's top doubles pair of Carly Holloway and Garrity won 9-8, but the Crusaders won the other two matches, including a 9-7 victory at No. 3 doubles.
