LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. – The Siena College swimming and diving team volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House on Wednesday evening to prepare meals for the current residents. The athletic programs take pride in their community and the values instilled at Siena College through the Saints in the Community Program.
"Our team enjoys the opportunity to volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House,” said head coach Paul Kueterman. “It allows them to interact and give back to a very supportive community."
Swimming & Diving helped the staff prepare deli sandwiches, cut and prepared fresh fruit and brownies for dessert.
College, the athletic department takes pride in providing opportunities to the student athletes in unique ways so they can share in the Franciscan values through the Saints in the Community program.
The Ronald McDonald house creates and supports programs that directly improve the health and wellbeing of children and provides resources for the children and families in need of assistance.
