After a cloudy first day in St. Petersburg, the sun decided to come through the clouds and make an appearance at the morning practice we had. As a result, the attitude of the team was very chipper.
After we finished our morning practice, the team scurried off to the beach to get some R&R in before night practice. We continued to make progress with our training trip video, that is turning out to be very interesting.
After our time out on the Gulf, and some very interesting new tanlines and sunburns, it was time to head back to the pool for our evening practice. While in the car, Coach Kueterman informed the team that the set was going to be a "COP" set, AKA a Cry or Puke set. After hearing this information, the team proceeded to try to escape from the moving vehicle, but did not succeed.
To pacify our intense fear, the team decided to sing any and every song that came on during the ride, including TSwift's "I Knew You Were Trouble," Pitbull's "Give Me Everything," and Flo Rida's "Whistle."
We finally arrived and came to the realization that the pool was the spot where a very famous cover video by Crunk Coco was filmed. This made the team very excited to be so close to where this famous performer once stood. We finally got into the pool and received our COP set.
Although very difficult, no one ended up crying or puking. We even ended up finishing the set early! With tomorrow as our day off who knows what the day will bring, but knowing our team it will definitely be entertaining.
