Final Stats

Staten Island, NY - The Wagner College women's swimming team defeated the visiting Siena Saints 150-94 this afternoon. The Seahawks had eight different swimmers finish first in their events and now stand 5-0 on the year.

The Seahawks were led by a trio of freshmen that placed first in two events each. Halley Allen (Bryan, TX / Bryan) placed first in the 100-backstroke (1:03.83) and the 50-freestyle (25.54), while Dana Helyer (Milford, CT / Amity Reg.) finished first in the 200-butterfly (2:12.23) and the 1000-freestyle (10:46.37). Jess Radka (Mohnton, PA / Holy Name) continues to impress as she won both the 200-freestyle with a time of 1:57.67, and the 100-butterfly with a time of 59.71.

Dana Golino won both the 100 and 200 yard backstroke for Siena. Ashley Serrago touched second in the 50 and 100-yard freestyle.

The Saints return to the water at Fairfield December 4.
