Final Stats

Ashley Serrago won the 50, 100 and 500 yard freestyle events to help Siena to a dramatic 155-137 victory over visting Holy Cross Wednesday evening. Kaitlin Krause also picked up a pair of key wins, and the diving tandem of Leah Serbalik and Jessica Shada took home the top two spots in both the 1 and 3-meter springboard.

The Saints needed key contributions from every spot on their roster to pull off the victory, which was not decided until the final event. Siena also swept the relay events, winning the 200 medley to start the meet and the 400 free to close out the triumph. Jessica Cummings also picked up an individual victory for the Saints, touching first in the 200 free with a time of 2:01.20.

The event ended a three meet homestand to start the season for Siena. With the victory, the Saints improve to 3-1 on the season. The team returns to action this weekend in a tri-meet with MAAC foes Niagara and Canisius in Buffalo.
