2012-13: Recorded two top-3 finishes at Holy Cross (10/24)...Earned her top time of the season in the 50 Free against Niagara (11/10) finishing in 27.61 seconds...Recorded her top time in 100 Free in same match as her top 50 Free time against Niagara (11/10)...Performed well in the ECAC Championships, recording top 100 Breast time in 1:08.67.

2011-12:Swam in almost every event for the Saints...Fifth-place finisher in the 200 freestyle in the tri-meet against C.W. Post and Long Island (2:06.98)...Swam to an eighth place finish in the 200 IM against Bryant and Niagara...Took fifth in the 100 breast at Vermont...Fourth place finisher in the 200 breast at Holy Cross

BEFORE SIENA:Earned four varsity letters at Keene...A three-time Spirit Award-winner...Also lettered in field hockey and lacrosse, playing all three sports for four years in high school...Recipient of the "Unsung Swimmer award"...Also won the Jean Mosley award...National Honor Society

PERSONAL:Born June 11, 1993...The daughter of Francis and Debra Helin...Has an older sister, Kathryn...An undecided business major who wants to own her own business one day...Also recruited by Bryant, Plymouth State, Regis, and SUNY Oswego.
