2011-12: Battled through injuries her sophomore season...Helped the 200 yard freestyle team to a second place finish against C.W. Post...Swam a time of 58.67 in a sixth place finish in the 100 yard free versus Niagara and Bryant...Touched down with a time of 57.76 to finish fourth against UNH in the 100 yard freestyle...One of her best times of the year came in the Catholic Invite as she finished with a time of 57.56 to finish 11th in a 46 swimmer race

2010-11:Became an all-around threat for the Saints as a freshman, swimming in free, back, fly, and I.M. events...Finished third in 100 fly (1:04.49) at first collegiate meet against regional power New Hampshire...Recorded tenth-fastest 100 fly time by a MAAC freshman (1:02.51) in win over Holy Cross.

BEFORE SIENA:Earned four varsity letters at Saline...Second-team All-American as a senior...Made Junior Olympic team as a sophomore and junior...Qualified for the state championships every year she swam, and led Saline to their first-ever conference title and a runner-up finish at states in 2010...Varsity record holder in the 100 backstroke and the 200 medley relay...Also earned three varsity letters as a member of the water polo team.

PERSONAL:Born December 10th, 1991...The daughter of Jay and Janet Allen...Has a younger brother, Lucas...An education major who aspires to be a sixth-grade teacher...Enjoys camping, reading, watching movies, and hanging out with friends...Chose Siena for its academic prestige and the ability to both swim and play water polo...Also recruited by Brown, Colorado State, Hartwick, Occidental, University of the Pacific, and Villanova.

What I like most about Siena College: My friends and the sports I play

Where do you see yourself in another five year: Having a job, maybe with an idea of starting a family

My favorite class at Siena: Adolescent Lit, because we get to read 'kid' books and analyze them. Also because we get to be pretend teachers.

My favorite spot on campus: My room

Other sports I like to follow at Siena include: Water polo (because I play it), rugby, women's soccer

What I like most about Siena swimming and diving: The people on my team; they keep me going no matter what

My bestSiena swimming and diving moment has been: MAACs freshman year because it was so successful for everyone, we bonded so much. Or training trip sophomore year- that was also a great time.

What I like most about Coach Kueterman: His sense ofhumor, we get along well

My superstitions are: 11:11- makea wish! If you drive through ayellow light, kiss your hand then hit the ceiling of your car

The player on the team who I relate to best is: Shannon Love because we are both very sarcastic, up front people and I love her :)

The funniest player on the team is: Christen Cherry. She rocks my socks off. I want to do stand up with her one day.

Onething people would be surprised to know about me: Ihave a big heart and take care of other people more than I even realize

My hidden talent is: Some people can do a 'belly roll'...well I can do it with my tongue!

What is the one thing, you can't do without: My phone

If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would go to: Europe because it is gorgeous (or so I've seen in pictures)

The best player I ever played against: I used to train with Allison Schmitt and Chris Thompson when I was on a club swim team.

If I were a crayon, I would be: Neon pink because it is my favorite color and its cute and fiesty

The best piece of advice I have gotten is: "Don't second guess yourself. Be a leader."- My dad
