Mike Grieco is in his first season as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. The Effort, Pennsylvania native recently interned at the University of Pittsburgh. Grieco is American Red Cross CPR/AED Certified and National Strength and Conditioning Association CSCS Certified.

At the University of Pittsburgh, Grieco demonstrated and instructed all athletes on proper techniques. He would lead teams in-place and dynamic warm-ups. Grieco was also in charge of coordinating the weight room bulletin board where athletic events, nutritional and recovery information was provided.

Grieco was a four-year starter on the St. Bonaventure baseball team. He was the team captain in 2012. Grieco ranks seventh in Bonnies history on the hit by pitch list with 22 over his four year career. After graduation he played for the Quebec Capitales in the CanAm League from July 2012 until September 2013. Then in August of 2013 he played for the Camden Riversharks in the Atlantic League.

Grieco earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, Business Management from St. Bonaventure in May 2012. He earned his Master of Science in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in August of 2016.
