LAJEUNESSE ON JONES- "We're looking for Shannon to have another huge year for us offensively and defensively. We feel very fortunate to have a hitter of her ability in the middle of the lineup, which gives us confidence as a coaching staff that with runners in scoring position she will get the job done. A two-time All-MAAC selection, she has developed into the leader of the infield, and is what I describe as a pure ballplayer."
