LAKE BUENA VISTA, FLA. - Siena Women's Soccer begins its quest for the program's second MAAC Championship when the sixth seeded Saints battle No. 11 seed Saint Peter's in First Round action at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at 11 a.m.

Saints Secure First MAAC Win, Shutout Saint Peter's
Siena Women's Soccer dominated from start to finish in beating Saint Peter's for the 15th straight time, 2-0 Saturday afternoon at Siena Field. Seniors Brittany Pfaff and Sara Mikula scored for the Saints which are now unbeaten in their past six MAAC home openers (5-0-1).
Tickets to the match can be purchased directly at the ESPN Wide World of Sports® Box Office. Single day tickets can be purchased for $16 for adults and $11 for children. Fans can also purchase a package for all of the games for $48 for adults and $33 for children.
Winners of the 2010 MAAC Championship when the current seniors were freshmen, Siena (9-8-1) makes its 14th appearance in the conference tournament and first since that magical season.
The Saints, which are 4-10-2 all-time in MAAC Tournament action, are in search of the program's first-ever win in the Sunshine State. In three previous MAAC Tournament appearances here in Lake Buena Vista, the Saints are 0-3.
Saint Peter's (2-14) went winless (0-10) in conference action this season. Siena has won 15 in a row against the Peacocks including a 2-0 decision Sept. 28 in Loudonville. Brittany Pfaff and Sara Mikula scored for the Saints which have outscored Saint Peter's 64-6 during their current winning streak against their MAAC rival.
The winner advances to play No. 3 seed Iona in the quarterfinals Friday morning at 11 a.m.
