Thomas Nocito enters his first season as an assistant coach on the Siena Women's Soccer staff.

"Tom brings a great insight and passion for the game," said head coach Steve Karbowski upon Nocito's appointment. "His ability to analyze and evaluate, and his detailed approach will be a welcome addition."

A native of nearby Burnt Hills, New York, Nocito matriculates to Siena after spending last season as the boys' soccer junior varsity head coach at South Colonie High School. He has also spent the past four years coaching camps locally at Afrim's Sports.

Nocito previously served as South Colonie's varsity assistant, and has been active coaching in his hometown with the Burnt Hills United and Burnt Hills Recreational Soccer programs. A 2016 graduate of SUNY Cortland with his B.S. in Education, Nocito starred for two years for the Red Dragons. He led the SUNYAC with seven assists his senior season to help propel SUNY Cortland to the Sweet 16 of the Division III NCAA Tournament.
