AS A JUNIOR: First Team All-MAAC selection...Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Played in and started all 17 games andfinished second on the squad in goals (five), assists (four), points (14) and game-winning goals (two)...Named MAAC Offensive Player of the Week (Sept. 26)...Tallied two goals including the game-winning golden goal in overtime to beat Vermont (Sept. 20)...Dished out a pair of assists in non-conference road win at Temple (Sept. 25)...Recorded season-high five points and scored the game-winning goal vs. Manhattan (Oct. 7).

AS A SOPHOMORE: MAAC All-Academic Team selection...Appeared in 20 games, making 16 starts...Tied for 10th in the MAAC with 15 points while adding four goals and tying for the team lead (T-4th MAAC) with seven assists...Named CollegeSoccer360.com Primetime Performer of the Week (Nov. 11) after dishing out three assists including on the game-winner in the MAAC Championship Game vs. Canisius (Nov. 7)...Also distributed a season-high two assists in MAAC Semifinals win over Marist (Nov. 5)...Siena was a perfect 10-0 in games that Cahalan recorded a point...Was a perfect 2-for-2 on penalty kicks.

AS A FRESHMAN: Named MAAC Co-Rookie of the Year, MAAC Second Team and to the MAAC All-Rookie Team...Appeared in all 17 games, starting 15...Tied for team lead in goals (nine) and points (22)...Ranked third in the MAAC in both goals/game (0.53) and points/game (1.29)...Led the team with three game winning goals (Holy Cross, UAlbany, and Manhattan)...Led the team in shots (55) and shots on goal (24)...Recorded at least one point in nine of 17 games...Second consecutive Siena player to win MAAC Rookie of the Year (Barone, 2008)...Three-time MAAC Player of the Week (two Rookie, one Offensive).

BEFORE SIENA: Played four years of varsity soccer at Shaker High School...Two-time Class AA All-State selection...Two-time Section II AA First Team...Two-time Suburban Council First Team...Scored 86 goals and had 27 assists during high school career...Served as team captain in 2008...Played in the Olympic Development Program for one year...Spent October of 2007 and 2008 with TOPPS Soccer, helping disabled children play soccer...Volunteered with Best Buddies this past year at Shaker High School, a club helping children with intellectual and developmental disabilities...Volunteered as a soccer coach for Latham Circle Soccer in 2007 and 2008...Volunteered at Latham Circle Rec Soccer as a concession worker from 2006-08.

PERSONAL: Born October 30, 1991...Daughter of Robert and Joanne Cahalan...Has a younger brother, Conor, and a younger sister, Kelly...Two of her uncles, Eugene and Thomas, both attended Siena College...A finance major...Chose Siena for the business program and because it felt right.
