LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Siena College Women's Lacrosse Head Coach Andrea Cofrin has accepted the head coaching position at Division II Saint Anselm College in Manchester, N.H. The 2010 Anaconda Sports MAAC Coach of the Year, Cofrin guided the Saints to four MAAC Tournament Appearances in her five seasons.

The winningest coach in program history, Cofrin posted a 31-50 (.383) overall record including a 12-18 (.400) mark in the MAAC. An assistant coach on the 2005 Siena team which posted the best overall record in program history and advanced to the MAAC Championship Game, she was a part of the four winningest seasons in program history and all five conference tournament teams.

The Saints went 4-12 this spring under Cofrin and finished fourth in the MAAC at 3-3. A national search for her replacement is underway.
