Mary Dudek had five goals and one assist to lead the Manhattan Lady Jaspers to a 14-9 victory over Siena in MAAC women's lacrosse action this afternoon at Pearl River High School in Pearl River, N.Y.

Manhattan put away eleven goals before Siena managed to get on the board at the 10:59 mark in the first half on a goal by Dana Sherrer. The Saints then cut the Lady Jasper lead to eight on another goal by Sherrer and one from Stephanie Petruccelli. Each team then found the back of the net one more time for a 12-4 halftime score.

Siena outscored the Lady Jaspers 5-2 in the second half, but it was not enough as Manhattan took the 14-9 victory. Both Petruccelli and Joan Paul netted two goals in the second for the Saints.

Petruccelli led Siena, scoring three goals while adding one assist. Sherrer, Paul and Caitlin Doherty had two goals each in the losing effort.

Keeper Mary-Elizabeth Dupelle made 10 saves in the net for the Saints while Isy Pannon had 14 stops for the Lady Jaspers.

Siena will return to action tomorrow in their final regular season game. The Saints will face Fairfield on the road. Game-time is set for 1:00 p.m.
