Dorrien Van Dyke scored nine points as 17th ranked Stony Brook rolled Siena Women's Lacrosse 19-6 on Long Island. Casey Irwin and Erin Mossop both netted hat tricks for the Saints which concluded non-conference play with a 2-7 record.

Stony Brook (7-2) led by double digits for the final 40 minutes and 14-2 at the half as Siena fell to 0-4 all-time against IWLCA Top-20 opponents. The Seawolves out-shot the Saints 33-16 and harbored a 23-12 advantage in groundballs.

Siena was strong on the draw once again, holding a decisive 17-10 edge. Junior captain Julia Sirianni, who broke the program's all-time career record for draw controls Thursday vs. Binghamton, added a game-high six. Her younger sister, freshman Briana Sirianni, picked up four groundballs and won five draw controls after winning 10 Thursday marking the second most in school history.

Van Dyke scored five goals and added four assists while winning four draw controls to pace the defending America East Champions. Courtney Murphy added five points and Natalie Marciniak notched a hat trick.

Siena opens conference action when they host new MAAC member Monmouth Saturday at noon at Siena Turf Field.
