More good news came for the Siena golf programs, as five Siena golfers earned spots on the MAAC All-Academic teams. This comes two days after the Saints completed play at the 2012 MAAC Tournament.

Sophomore Mickey Sutton (3.9 GPA, History) represents the men's team. On the women's side, senior Julie Juchno (3.53 GPA, Biochemistry), juniors Megan Cahill (3.76 GPA, English) and Cortney Tilley (3.48 GPA, Mathematics), and sophomore Kylie Strijek (3.38 GPA, Marketing) were honored, making sure every eligible Saint on the squad made the All-Academic team.

The Siena women won the 2012 MAAC Tournament by 53 shots and advanced to the NCAA Central Regional, which will be held May 10-12 in Columbus, Ohio. Meanwhile, the men finished sixth, led by senior Justin Deitz's tie for seventh in the individual standings.
