The Siena Women's Golf team finished the 2015 MAAC Championships second, the same spot they held after the second day of play. Victoria Nguyen and Kristen Bromley finished second and third, respectively, for the Saints.
After storming up the leaderboard in round two to move into second, Siena shot five strokes higher than first place UAlbany, who held on for the title. The Saints finished 11 strokes behind the Great Danes and eight strokes ahead of third-place Fairfield.
Nguyen shot her second lowest score of the Championships and rose three spots on the final day. She finished three strokes behind Annie Lee of UAlbany. Bromley held onto her third place standing, finishing one stroke behind Nguyen. Mary Fletcher also finished in the top-10, finishing tied for seventh. The Saints were the only team to place three golfers in the top-seven.
The Saints graduate three of their five golfers, as they look to reclaim the championship next season. The last time the Saints fell short of the title, they followed up the next season winning the 2014 championship.
