How has field hockey changed you and what role has it played in your life?
Field hockey has taught me a lot about myself, but more importantly about relationships with other people. Though it is true that I have learned skills such as leadership, responsibility, discipline, and dedication, the biggest lesson I have seen is the cohesion of a team that works together, plays together and strives to continue growing towards a common goal. The girls that I have shared these last three years with have become like family and we will always have field hockey as a common bond. I look to them for support not only on, but off the field as well.
