How has field hockey changed you and what role has it played in your life?

Field Hockey has taught me what inner strength is all about, and for that I am grateful. I have learned that no matter what the circumstances are, on or off the field, the inner strength you need from being an athlete will help you get through anything. After playing this sport for 10 years I can say that through all the glory, pain and hard work I have learned some of life's greatest lessons.
