What do you like most about being a student athlete at Siena?

I love the fact that the minute I stepped on the field as a freshman I instantly had 20 great teammates and friends, each of whom understood the commitment of not only being a student, but also an athlete. We are there for each other both on and off the field. Although being a student athlete at Siena is a huge time commitment, it has been a rewarding experience, teaching me the importance of focus and dedication.

What will you miss most when you graduate?

When I graduate from Siena, one of the toughest things is going to be starting a new phase in my life. Ever since sixth grade I have played field hockey and it's something I have always done. It was an easy decision after high school...of course I was going to play in field hockey in college. I couldn't imagine not playing the sport I have grown to love. I can't believe how fast my four years at Siena have gone by, and it is sad thinking this is my last year at school. I will miss my coach and teammates as we go our separate ways, but I am glad to have had an opportunity to play with them and represent Siena.
