LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - The future looks bright for the Siena Women's Basketball program. Just over a month into the season, Brianna Logan has become the third different Siena freshman to earn MAAC Rookie of the Week honors.

Logan joins teammates Meghan Donohue (Nov. 11) and Emia Willingham (Dec. 2) in earning MAAC Rookie of the Week honors this winter for Siena.

For a third straight game Logan netted a new career-high in scoring, pouring in 12 points off the bench last Monday at eighth ranked Maryland. The Lumberton, N.J. native scored seven of her points and added an assist igniting an impressive early 12-2 run that pulled Siena as close as five points midway through the first half.

Over her past three games, Logan is leading the team in scoring averaging 10.3 points while shooting 58.3% (7-12) from three off the bench. For the season she is averaging 5.4 points and 1.5 assists in 19.9 minutes off the bench and leads the Saints shooting 39.1% from beyond the arc.

Logan and the Saints conclude non-conference action Saturday against Binghamton at 2 p.m. at the ARC in a game that will be broadcast regionally on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel.
