LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Siena Women's Basketball senior captain Lily Grenci was named the MAAC Player of the Week for the second time this season and third time in her career Monday. The Mars, Pa. native averaged 20.5 points, 11.5 rebounds and 3.5 steals in two games last week.

Grenci, who was the game's high scorer, rebounder and steal leader in both games last week, was also named MAAC Player of the Week earlier this season on Jan. 21. She currently ranks second in the MAAC in scoring (15.3) and third in rebounding (9.2).

On Friday vs. Rider, Grenci posted her eighth double-double of the season with a 24-point, 14-rebound performance. She narrowly missed another double-double yesterday, adding 17 points and nine rebounds and tied a career-high with four steals in the win over Niagara.

Grenci and the Saints conclude a season long four-game homestand Friday against Saint Peter's at 7 p.m. at the ARC. The first 500 fans in attendance will get a commemorative bobblehead of the Saints' senior captain.
