LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Siena Women's Basketball hosts its 13th Annual Pink Zone Game presented by Berkshire Bank when the Saints welcome Rider to the ARC for a 7 p.m. tip off tonight. The Saints have set a goal of raising $30,000 for the Capital Region Action Against Breast Cancer (CRAAB!). The first 500 fans in attendance will receive pink pom-poms and a pink t-shirt and all fans are asked to wear pink in an attempt to "Pink Out" the ARC.

Saints Send Out Seniors Victorious
Siena reeled off a 20-0 run early in the second half and raced past Rider 61-42 on Senior Day at the ARC. The win, Siena's sixth in their last nine games, moves the Saints into sole possession of fifth place in the MAAC Standings.

CRAAB! will have tables and displays set up around the gym with vital information on the fight against breast cancer and there will also be a silent auction and raffle items.

Additionally, the Saints will once again honor local individuals who have made a difference in the Capital Region's battle against breast cancer. Janice Pastizzo, Mandy Marchesini and Barbara McHale will be celebrated as the "Power Up The Pink" awardees.

At halftime, local singing sensation Anthony Gargiula, his AG Dance Crew and a Flash Mob will perform his hit song, "Game Over."

Tickets to the Pink Zone Game are just $6 for adults, $4 for seniors, $3 for kids and Siena Students can show their school ID and get in FREE.

On the court its also a game of huge importance for the Saints (9-14, 5-7). Siena enters the day in seventh place in the MAAC Standings, but are just a half game back of sixth place Canisius and only a game back of fifth place Rider (11-12, 6-6).

The Saints have won 10 in a row over the Broncs, the last eight of which have been by double figures. But Rider is much improved this year and has won four of their past six games and is just one win shy of its most victories since the 1999-00 season.

Gameday Central coverage begins at 6:30 p.m. with Mike Demos and Steve Amedio on the radio pregame show on WVCR 88.3 FM "The Saint" as well as online at SienaAllAccess.com.
