JERSEY CITY, N.J. - Siena aims for its second straight season series sweep of Saint Peter's when the two longtime MAAC rivals square off tonight at the Yanitelli Center in the National MAAC Game of the Week on ESPN3. Siena (7-14, 5-7) enters tonight in a three-way tie for sixth place in the MAAC Standings. With a win, the Saints would move into sole possession of sixth ahead of Canisius and Niagara which are both idle tonight.
After losing seven straight to Saint Peter's (2-21, 2-10), a win tonight would give the Saints four straight victories over their MAAC rivals. The Saints captured the first meeting between the teams 13 days ago in a 62-50 win at the Times Union Center.
