POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - Marist shot 57.4% from the field and a balanced attack produced four double-figure scorers as the Red Foxes defeated Siena Women's Basketball 78-60 at McCann Arena. Tehresa Coles and Meghan Donohue led Siena with 13 points apiece.

Marist (10-4, 4-0) connected on 27-47 from the field in beating Siena (6-7, 1-3) for the 20th straight time.

After the Saints scored the first basket of the game, the Red Foxes rattled off the next 14 points and led the rest of the way. Marist led 39-20 at the half and by no fewer than 15 points thereafter.

Emma O'Connor led Marist with 16 points on 5-6 shooting while frontcourt mate Madeline Blais added 13 for the Red Foxes which have won their past 35 MAAC games including the conference tournament and 69 of their past 70.

The reigning MAAC Rookie of the Week, Donohue shot 6-9 from the field and added seven rebounds and three steals in another solid performance. Kanika Cummings also reached double figures for the Saints with 10 points.

Sydney Coffey and Tori Jarosz added 12 points apiece for the eight-time defending MAAC Champions Marist which ran their winning streak to nine games.

Siena returns to action Friday for a doubleheader at the Times Union Center with the men's team. The women tip off the action at 5 p.m. against Niagara.
