    Burbine Wins Singles Match

    Sumanaru attended Longwood High School on Long Island where he played first singles for the past three seasons. He also has played in several single and doubles USTA tournaments throughout the year, and was recently ranked #67 in B16 and #81 in B18. Last summer, he helped Long Island to a Bronze Medal in the Empire State Games. Sumanaru is also an excellent student, carrying a 3.4 GPA in high school.

    SERBALIK ON SUMMANARU - Eric is a freshman with a big game. He has a mature body and the strength, speed and reflexes to go with it. He will be a contributor in both singles and doubles as the season progresses.
