LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Once again this fall Saints fans will be able to catch all of the exciting action from every men's soccer and volleyball home game exclusively at SienaAllAccess.com. Both squads have their sights set on huge seasons and you can follow each team's quest for a MAAC Championship through affordable season packages and individual game rates.
A total of 19 games will be streamed this fall - all eight home men's soccer matches and all 11 home volleyball events - with the majority including play-by-play audio commentary, multiple camera views and enhanced graphics. The first streamed event of the fall is volleyball's home opener against Binghamton Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. while men's soccer debuts on Sept. 15 at 3 p.m. vs. Hartford.
Individual games can be viewed for $7.95 or fans can purchase affordable season packages available at an increased per game savings. The men's soccer season package is available for just $39.95, while volleyball's is $49.95. Both packages come at a savings of well over 30% off the per-game price.
Additionally, Siena remains one of the few schools in the country to stream live sporting events directly to your smart phone. As a subscriber, you will be able to watch every men's soccer and volleyball game from anywhere in the world, right from the palm of your hand! All streams are accessible on iOS devices (such as the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch), in addition to any devices that support Adobe Flash 10.1 or greater (primarily Android devices). Please check with your device manufacturer or cellular service provider for more information.
Added features to the Siena All-Access platform include live stats and ticker updates with pertinent game information and Siena twitter updates. Additionally, all games are archived upon their conclusion and can be viewed at any time through the on demand feature.
Men's soccer is looking to build upon some key wins from the 2011 season. Last year the Saints defeated nationally ranked foes Ohio State and Iona and added important regional triumphs over Syracuse and UAlbany. Picked fifth in the MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll, the Saints return nine starters to the pitch this fall in addition to 11 talented newcomers.
Head coach Garvey Pierre has arguably his most talented and deepest squad since volleyball's MAAC four-peat from 2005-08. Last season a young team matured late to win nine of its final 11 regular season matches to qualify for the MAAC Tournament. Now a year older and without the loss of any seniors from last season, the Saints are poised for a return to their glory days.
