Siena goalie Brent Herbst '10 represented his alma mater by allowing just two goals in 30 minutes of action and earned the win as the North defeated the South 12-10 in the USILA All-Star game Friday afternoon at Goucher College in Towson, Md. He made three saves.
Herbst started the game for the North and they led 4-2 when he was replaced at halftime. The North never trailed.
Brown's Thomas Muldoon led the North with four points while Kyle O'Brien (Dowling College) and Ari Sussman (Dartmouth College) added three.
Herbst is the first Siena player to participate in the North/South All-Star game since Tony Asterino in 1981.
