BUFFALO, N.Y. - Siena Lacrosse goes for its third MAAC Championship in five seasons when the third seeded Saints battle No. 4 seed Detroit in a rematch of the 2011 conference title game at 1 p.m. at the Demske Sports Complex. The game will be televised on ESPN3 and in the Capital Region on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel.
Howard Simon, David Miller and Mike Scott have the call of the game. The ESPN3 stream will be blacked out in the Capital Region, but fans can watch the game locally on Time Warner Cable Sports Channel on Ch. 50 (SD) or Ch. 1803 (HD). All others game watch the game on ESPN3 by clicking the link at the top of the release and be viewed by computer, smart phone, tablet and Xbox 360 through WatchESPN.

Second Half Surge Sends Saints Past Detroit
Siena Lacrosse is once again heading to the MAAC Championships. The Saints scored six unanswered goals bridging the third and fourth quarters to rally from a three-goal second half deficit to defeat Detroit 13-10.
Siena makes its fifth straight MAAC Title Game Appearance having won championships in both 2009 and 2011 here in Buffalo. The Saints have won eight in a row here at the Demske Sports Complex, going a perfect 5-0 all-time in MAAC Tournament action in addition to three wins during that time vs. Canisius. The Saints have outscored their opponents in those games by an 89-42 margin.
Siena advanced to the semifinals with an 11-8 win over MAAC Co-Regular Season Champion Jacksonville Friday night. Meanwhile Detroit upset top seed Marist 7-6 to advance to their second MAAC Title Game in three years.
Siena and Detroit squared off in the 2011 MAAC Championship Game here in Buffalo where the Saints prevailed 12-3. The winner of today's game will earn the MAAC's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament Field of 16 which will be revealed at 9 p.m. tonight on ESPNU.
