LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Junior midfielder Nate Barry has been named the MAAC Offensive Player of the Week and red-shirt sophomore goalie Tommy Cordts the conference's Defensive Player of the Week. The duo led the Saints to a 9-8 overtime victory Saturday at defending MAAC Champion Detroit.

Led in part by Barry and Cordts' stellar performances, the victory clinched the Saints a berth in next month's four-team MAAC Championships for the seventh time in the past eight seasons.

Barry scored the game-tying goal with 4:02 remaining in regulation and fired home the game-winner with 3:07 left in overtime. The Holderness, N.H. native added two assists to finish with a season-high four points.

Cordts earns his fourth MAAC Defensive Player of the Week award this season. The East Northport, N.Y. native made 12 saves in the win, stopping 60% of the shots he faced while adding a season-high four groundballs. Cordts has been dominant over the past month, posting a stingy 7.33 goals against average and .613 save percentage over the past seven games.

The MAAC preseason favorites, Siena can clinch the program's sixth MAAC Regular Season Title in the past eight years with a win Saturday at Quinnipiac. Faceoff is set for noon in Hamden, Conn.
