Assistant Coach

Dan McKeon begins his second season as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at Siena College. He joined the program after spending the previous two seasons as an assistant at nearby Union College.

In his first season in Loudonville, McKeon helped guide the Saints to an 11-5 overall record including a perfect 6-0 mark in the MAAC en route to capturing the regular season championship. McKeon worked primarily with the team's goalies and helped mentor Tom Morr who was named the MAAC Defensive Player of the Year and one of just ten finalists nationally for the prestigious Lowe's Senior CLASS Award.

McKeon graduated from UAlbany in 2009 after spending four seasons in goal with the Great Danes. He appeared in 42 games and was an integral part of UAlbany's 2007 team which won the America East Championship and advanced to the Quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament.

A native of Camillus, N.Y., McKeon was a two-time State Champion at West Genesee High and won a gold medal at the 2004 Empire State Games.
