BEFORE SIENA: Played varsity lacrosse as a freshman for La Salle before playing three years at Shaker High School...Named Second Team Big 10 Attack...Two-time Times Union First Team selection.

PERSONAL: Born May 20, 1991 in Albany, N.Y...The son of Augustus and Anne Battaglia...Has an older brother, AJ, who played lacrosse at Providence College and a younger sister named Katherine...Always wanted to go to Siena.
