The Siena Women's Golf Team moved up three spots in the second round of the MAAC Championships and now sit in second place, only six strokes behind UAlbany. On the men's side Scott Kim rose nine spots up the individual leaderboard and is now tied for fourth.
The women's team shot the lowest second round, six strokes better than the next team. They are the only team that has three golfers in the top six; Kristen Bromley (T-3), Victoria Nguyen (5th) and Mary Fletcher (T-6th). Fletcher leads all golfers with five birdies, while Nguyen is tied for the lead with 25 pars. The Saints are six strokes behind UAlbany and four strokes ahead of third place Quinnipiac.
Kim dropped five strokes off his first round score to make the third largest move up the leaderboard for the round. The Saints as a team held their fifth place standing shooting the exact same score as the first round. Michael Shine is tied for the lead in scoring on par 5 holes shooting a 3-under on those holes. Saint Peter's leads all men's teams and has a 17 stroke lead.
