Three Saints shot under 80 strokes on the final day of the Lafayette Invitational, as Siena moved up two spots and finished 14th in the 19-team field.
Louis Walsh once again led the way for the squad shooting a five-over-par, the same exact score of his round one total.
Three other Saints improved from yesterday's outing. Jess Esposito, who shot an even par in round two last season, shot a +5 on Monday.
John Van Vranken lowered his score by three strokes with a +7 second round and Brendan Quintana shot a +9, two shots better than Sunday.
Walsh finished in 24th overall, 11 shots behind the tournament winner Christopher Crawford of Drexel University. Lehigh University was crowned the champions of the tournament as the only team in the field to shoot better than a 600 team total.
The Saints finished in front of two other MAAC schools, defeating Rider by eight strokes, and topping Niagara by over 40.
Siena will take place in their final tuneup before the MAAC tournament as they travel to Annapolis, Md. to participate in the US Naval Academy Invitational on April 20.
