The men's golf team finishes in 17th place in the 2014 Lafayette Invitational at Silver Creek Country Club in Hellertown, Pa. The Saints were led by Michael Shine who recorded a team low 75 in the second round to finish tied in 27th place.
Scott Kim finished one stroke behind Shine as he shot a 76 in round two. All of the Saints improved their scores in round two. Brendan Quintana improved by seven strokes, finishing with a 76 for a total 159.
Spencer Sautin improved by four strokes, finishing the Tournament with a 162 with first and second round scores of 83 and 79, respectively.
James Sullivan shot an 80 in the final round, improving on his first round score by five strokes, finishing with a 165 total score.
Golf heads to Annapolis, Md. for the Navy Invitational April 18-19. The Navy Invitational is the final match before heading to Orlando, Fla. for the MAAC Championship.
