During his tenure, Wronowski has been named MAAC Men's Golf Coach of the Year three times (2005, 2007, 2010) and led the Saints to back-to-back MAAC Championships and NCAA Tournament appearances in 2006 and 2007.
Most recently, Wronowski has coached Dan Abbondandolo and Don DeNyse to great success. Abbondandolo competed in two straight U.S. Amateurs and DeNyse won the Men's Golf MAAC Rookie of the Year award in 2008 before capturing the MAAC individual championship in 2011. In doing so, DeNyse became the first Saint to represent Siena as an individual in NCAA Regional play, where he tied for 17th in the 75-player field.
Wronowski, a 1972 graduate of C.W. Post College, resides in Latham with his wife Susan. He is also the father of Siena Women's Golf Coach Dave Wronowski. The duo marks the first time Siena has had a father-son duo coach the same sport.
