Siena Athletics has entered into partnership agreements with three prominent area businesses - Northeastern Fine Jewelry, Alpin Haus and Dunkin' Donuts - that will deliver added value to fans at the Times Union Center and extend Siena's marketing efforts throughout the region.

Each of the three partners returns for the second consecutive year as a key supporter of Siena Athletics.

"We are thrilled with the level of continued support from several of the Capital Region's most respected and renowned businesses," said Siena College Director of Athletics John D'Argenio. "These partnerships are testament to the growing enthusiasm and excitement being generated by our college's athletic programs, and are a reflection of the outstanding commitment and dedication shown by our multi-talented student athletes."

    Northeastern Fine Jewelry

Northeastern Fine Jewelry, the official jeweler of Siena Athletics, will offer one fan the opportunity to earn $25,000 in cash. At each home game during the season, one fan will be chosen at random to participate in the Northeastern Fine Jewelry $25,000 Shooting Stars contest. The fan will be given 45 seconds to score as many points as possible from four locations on the Times Union Center court; each point accumulated equals a dollar and is credited towards a gift card in the corresponding amount to Northeastern Fine Jewelry. The fan that scores the most points during the season will be invited back for one shot from half court for $25,000 during the final men's home game on February 21.

Northeastern Fine Jewelry will also host an exclusive holiday party for Siena fans at its Albany store, 1575 Western Avenue, on Wednesday, December 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. Fans will have the opportunity to meet Siena men's basketball head coach Fran McCaffery and Siena women's basketball head coach Gina Castelli while they receive special pricing on the area's finest jewelry. Northeastern Fine Jewelry will donate a portion of proceeds from the evening to Siena Athletics.

    Alpin Haus

Alpin Haus, the largest winter sports retailer in the Northeast, will reward Siena fans with a 20% discount on any regular priced item in its ski and snowboard shop at its Amsterdam store on Route 30. Fans can receive the discount by presenting their ticket stub from any men's basketball home game during the regular season. Siena fans will also be able to travel with Alpin Haus to see the Saints on the road during the 2009-'10 season. Alpin Haus, one of the top five RV dealers in the United States, will transport four fans in a luxury RV to see the Siena men's basketball team take on one of their MAAC conference rivals next season. Fans can enter to win the trip by stopping by the Alpin Haus RV in front of the Times Union Center prior to upcoming games on December 9, January 4 and February 12. Fans can also register to win at halftime during these games at the Fan Relations Center located on the concourse inside the arena.

Siena fans can also purchase holiday gift cards to Alpin Haus at a 20% discount during upcoming Saints' home games on December 6, December 9 and December 23. The gift cards will be available for purchase at the Fan Relations Center prior to tip-off and at halftime.

    Dunkin' Donuts

Dunkin' Donuts will help keep one Saints fan running all year long with a 52-week supply of coffee. On Saturday, December 6, when Siena hosts the University at Albany in the annual battle for the Albany Cup, Dunkin' Donuts and Siena will launch an online contest asking fans to nominate those in their community who help keep America running. Patrons will be invited to submit their choice in 150 words or less when they log onto www.sienasaints.com. The winner and nominator will be recognized in a special ceremony at halftime during the Saints final regular season home game on February 21. The winning hero will also receive a year's worth of coffee from Dunkin' Donuts.

Dunkin' Donuts is also partnering with Siena Athletics in an initiative called Hoops for the Troops. For every dunk by a member of the Siena men's basketball team, home or away, Dunkin' Donuts will donate a pound of coffee to Operation Adopt a Soldier. The Wilton, N.Y., based not-for-profit corporation will, in turn, ship the donated coffee to American servicemen and women serving overseas.
