Siena Basketball Key Bank Sneak Preview Set for September 15

LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. – Capital Region basketball fans can get their first look at the 2016-17 Siena men’s and women’s basketball teams at the Key Bank Sneak Preview on Thursday, September 15 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Times Union Center. The complimentary reception is open to the public, and fans who plan to attend are kindly asked to RSVP in advance by completing the form at the top of the page.

The highlight of the event is the opportunity for fans to meet and mingle with this year’s basketball teams, while enjoying some refreshments. Fans will also have the chance to purchase season tickets at the event if they have not done so already, as representatives from Siena’s Fan Relations Management Center will be on hand to showcase available tagged seats as well as discuss seating options and ticket specials, including deep discounts for young alumni.

Siena’s men’s basketball season ticket package is on sale now, with select lower level seating options beginning at just $70. 2016-17 Siena Men’s Basketball individual game tickets go on sale October 10. Premium seating program (PSP) members enjoy exclusive benefits, including the best seats at the Times Union Center, access to premium lounge areas, in-seat wait service and valet parking.

Fans can also reserve chairback season tickets in the new-look Alumni Recreation Center for women’s basketball games priced at just $70, with courtside seats at $100 for the season.

Excitement is high surrounding both teams entering their respective 2016-17 seasons. The men’s squad returns its top-five scorers from last year’s team which won 21 games in achieving its most victories in six years, while advancing to the College Basketball Invitational. The women’s team returns four starters, 10 letterwinners and 88% of its scoring from a squad which won 14 games during its 2015-16 campaign.

The men tip off their 2016-17 season on Sunday, November 13 against Cornell at the Times Union Center. The women open at 2016 National Runner-Up Syracuse the following evening, with their home opener set for Saturday, November 19 at the ARC vs. Hartford.
