Siena's All-Time Attendance at Times Union Center

LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. -- For the 19th consecutive season, Siena ranked in the top-100 nationally in Division I men's basketball attendance. The Saints ranked 87th amongst 346 Division I programs according to the 2015-16 NCAA Men's Basketball Attendance Report, drawing an average of 6,269 fans over 17 home dates.

Siena's total attendance of 106,580 during the 2015-16 season was the program's highest mark in five years at the Times Union Center, since drawing 114,383 spectators to Albany during the 2010-11 campaign. This past season also marked the 10th time that the Saints saw in excess of 100,000 fans pass through the Times Union Center turnstiles since the men's basketball program made the full-time move downtown beginning in the 1997-98 season.

Siena increased its average attendance for the third consecutive season, and the Saints average of 6,269 fans exceeded notable major conference programs such as Arizona State, DePaul, Georgia Tech, Oklahoma State, Oregon State and TCU. Siena drew an average of 6,559 fans for its 14 regular season home dates, an average that would have ranked the program 78th nationally and eclipsed Baylor, Mississippi State and Missouri.

A total of 14,761 fans cheered on the Saints for the team's two MAAC Tournament games and College Basketball Invitational matchup vs. Morehead State. The Times Union Center and Siena have hosted the past two MAAC Tournaments, and will continue to do so through 2019.
