Head coach Jimmy Patsos promised fans would enjoy an entertaining product when he took over the Siena job in April. Apparently, they are. The last four Siena home games have been decided in the final minute or overtime, and Capital Region basketball fans can't wait to get back to Times Union Center.
As of 5 p.m. Wednesday, over 6,500 tickets were already off the system for the annual #GoldRush game against Manhattan Friday night at 7 p.m.
Capacity at Times Union Center for Siena basketball is fixed at 8,124.
Fans are encouraged to avoid the day of game rush and purchase tickets early, especially if they are hoping to take advantage of discounted Saints Heaven (second level, rows 10 and higher) tickets where fewer than 500 tickets remain.
Fans can purchase tickets at the Times Union Center Box Office, at any TicketMaster location or by CLICKING HERE.
Siena's averaged over 80 points per game in its last four games at Times Union Center, and two have gone to overtime, including Sunday's 92-88 heartbreaking triple-overtime loss to Canisius. That was the longest game Siena has ever played at Times Union Center and matched the longest Division I game ever played in the facility - Old Dominion's 89-81 victory over Villanova in the 1995 NCAA Tournament.
