BUFFALO, NY - Siena Basketball looks to complete the regular season series sweep of upstart Canisius when the Saints battle the Golden Griffins at 7 p.m. at the Koessler Athletic Center. The game will be broadcast on ESPN3.

Saints Sound the Horn
Freshman guard Jordan Horn drilled the game-winning three with just 5.3 seconds remaining to send Siena Basketball to its first win of both 2018 and MAAC play with a 65-62 triumph over Canisius at the Times Union Center. Sophomore guard Ahsante Shivers scored a team-high 18 points and beat the shot clock buzzer three separate times with clutch baskets down the stretch for the Saints which closed out their season long three-game homestand to open the New Year on a high note.

Here's Ten Things to Know About Tonight's Game
1.) Siena is allowing an average of just 68.0 points over the past 15 games. The Saints rank third in the MAAC in scoring defense in league contests, allowing just 68.1 points per game.
2.) Siena has played in seven games this season decided by one possession or less, posting a 4-3 record. The Saints have also had nine games decided by four points or less, and 11 decided by five points or fewer.
3.) Siena ranks 66th nationally in three-point field goal percentage at 37.8%. The Saints have shot 40.1% from three-point range over their first 11 games of the 2018 calendar year.
