The Siena Athletics Dance Clinic is in honor of Sophia Rossetti who passed away in 2010 from leukemia at the age of six. Sophie loved life, music and dancing and impacted numerous lives, especially those of her friends at Veeder Elementary School in nearby Colonie.
In memory of Sophie, $5 from every dance clinic registration will be donated to the "For the Love of Sophie" Foundation to aid families in need of financial assistance during treatment at Albany Medical Hospital.
