Siena baseball fans can follow the Saints all season by purchasing a 2013 Siena Baseball All-Access Package. The Siena Baseball All-Access Package includes video streams of all 20 home games, some complete with audio commentary, multiple cameras and graphics. The season pass is priced at $54.95 – a savings of well over 50 percent off the individual game fee ($7.95).
The baseball team opens its home campaign Thursday, March 29 against archrival Marist. Three different leagues are represented on this year’s home schedule, including teams from the Atlantic-10, Ivy League, and the East Coast Conference. Siena will end their home slate when they welcome the defending MAAC Champions Manhattan to campus for the final three games before the conference championships.
The Saints have turned over half their roster from last year's 18-37 team that finished eighth in the MAAC (8-16). The new-look squad features 10 freshmen and a junior college transfer.
"We're young, but we should be a fun team to watch," veteran head coach Tony Rossi who enters his 43rd season said. "Defensively, we will be much better than we were last year. I'm really excited about the future of our program."
In addition to accessing Siena All-Access online, fans can catch all the same great video content through their iOS devices (such as the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch), in addition to any devices that support Adobe Flash 10.1 or greater (primarily Android devices).
Added features to the Siena All-Access platform include live stats and ticker updates with pertinent game information and Siena twitter updates. Additionally, all games are archived upon their conclusion and can be viewed at any time through the on demand feature.
