NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - The Siena Baseball Team lost the final game of a three game set at Iona this afternoon. The Saints(3-18, 2-4 MAAC) fell 12-6 despite sophomore Tony Cipolla's (Sinking Spring, Penn./Wilson) three-run home run and 2-for-2 day. Senior Josh Kean (Schenectady, NY/South Colonie) also compiled three hits in the losing effort.

As a team the Saints compiled 11 hits and four players had two hits or more. Paul Sallustio picked up the win for the Gaels and starter Ken Grant (Brookhaven, Penn./Cardinal O'Hara) picked up the loss to fall to 1-2 on the young season.

The Saints return to action on Tuesday, April 2nd against Holy Cross in their home opener.
