ORLANDO, Fla.- The Siena Saints (1-12) stole eight bases in a 13-7 win over Temple to pick up their first victory of the season. Sophomore pitcher Mark Sanborn (1-0) threw well, allowing only eight hits and striking out three in his 5.1 innings on the mound. Josh Courage followed Sanborn with 3.1 innings of three hit, one run relief pitching.

The Saints pounded out a 13-hit attack against the Owls. Seven of eight in the lineup had at least one hit and five Saints had a multiple hit day. Freshman Louis Khoury singled through the right side, in the first to start the Saints on their 13-run win over Temple.

Siena had eight stolen bases, two by both Ryan Finn and Louis Khoury. Today's win propels Head Coach Tony Rossi one win closer to the 500-win mark. Rossi needs six more wins to reach the 500-bar.
