IN THE SUMMER OF 2001: Played for the Geneva Redlegs of the New York Collegiate Baseball League. In Geneva he was 4-0 with a 1.15 ERA over 39.0 innings.
AS A JUNIOR: The most consistent starter for the Saints last season. Broke the single-season start mark (13). Part of four shutouts, posting a 3.54 ERA and a 2.90 ERA in the MAAC. Held opponents to a team-best .241 batting average (.218 MAAC). Recorded a team-high 38 strikeouts in 61 innings of work...Base-runners successful in only 5-of-11 attempts, and he has picked off three would-be thieves.
IN THE SUMMER OF 2000: Pitched for the Youngstown Express of the Great Lakes League.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Pitched in 15 games, starting three. Allowed only 33 hits in 34.0 innings, striking out 27. Best performance came against Rider (4/2) allowed one run on two hits, in six innings.
IN THE SUMMER OF 1999: Pitched for the Youngstown Express of the Great Lakes League.
AS A FRESHMAN: Worked 19 innings in seven games, starting two. Whiffed 14 batters as a rookie, hurling one perfect inning against national power Mississippi State (3/7).
