Assistant Coach

Terry Rauk begins his first season at Siena after serving as assistant coach for the Quincy Gems of the Central Illinois Collegiate League the past two summers.

Rauk will work with Siena's hitters and outfielders primarily. He also assists Rossi in a variety of roles, including: recruiting, practice preparation and scouting.

Rauk was an outfielder in college, playing at Waldorf Junior College, Augusta College and Northern Illinois. His experience as a junior college, Division II and Division I athlete will be valuable to the Siena program.

Upon earning his bachelor's degree in psychology from Northern Illinois in 2003, Rauk remained on the coaching staff as a student assistant while studying for his master's. Rauk received his master's from Northern Illinois in sport management in May.

Rauk began his time on the Quincy staff in the summer of 2005 helping the team to the CICL Championship that season. His responsibilities included practice and game preparation, the administration of various youth camps and the coordination of public relations events.
